FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & CONDITIONING

Functional training is the workout that aims to work multiple muscle groups with a single exercise instead of a single muscle group. This type of training combines throwing, pushing, pulling, crouching, jumping, acceleration movements in different sequences, repetitions and difficulties. In addition to offering more muscle control to the athlete, this training program with gradually increasing difficulty levels makes the athlete faster, more flexible, more balanced and more enduring. It increases the harmony between the muscles and the movements can be done in a more coordinated way which reduces the risk of injuries. It should definitely be included in your weekly training schedule so that you can do day-to-day tasks tirelessly.

Functional trainings: Bosu ball, TRX, Kettlebell, etc. can be done with many auxiliary equipment as well as with only one's own body weight. You can take this training, which is performed in a part of all our private and group lessons, as a private lesson at the same time.
